So instead of doing a chicken caesar salad for lunch yesterday I decided to do a crab Caesar salad. By the time we got home from our errand running (which will be another post) I was too irritated and way too starved to grill the chicken. My salad consisted of green leaf lettuce, chick peas, red onion, flake imitation crab, a touch of sriracha and garlic Caesar dressing. It was so delicious that I replicated it today minus the red onion and adding a hard boiled egg and some scallions. Boy does it feel good to eat green again.
